With a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS and a peak performance of 0.075% FS, the ZY8000 consistently delivers precision even after a decade of continuous operation, maintaining a remarkable 99.9% accuracy. This results in significant cost savings on maintenance. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it easily withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stress. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000 remains highly stable and reliable.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that provides real-time monitoring of its status. In the event of a fault, the transmitter enters an alert mode, outputting alert electric currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and sending control signals to system interlocks and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' identifying and analyzing the faulty unit for streamlined maintenance, repairs, and replacements, making the ZY8000 user-friendly and efficient.

this product features an imported mono-crystalline silicon chip, lightning protection circuit design, and an isolated power supply and sensor signal, greatly enhancing stability and anti-interference capabilities.
The use of different materials and various types of remote devices, combined with a special oil filling device, maximizes the transmitter's accuracy and meets comprehensive cleanliness requirements. This device offers excellent product stability, with the highest accuracy at normal temperature reaching up to 0.075%. The explosion-proof shell structure ensures it can be used in all weather conditions and is compatible with the HART protocol.
