The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS). After a decade of continuous operation, it maintains a remarkable 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring components can withstand severe chemical and mechanical stress. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000 remains highly stable and reliable.
The ZY8000 features integrated diagnostic functions, enabling real-time self-monitoring. In the event of a fault, it enters alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When an issue arises, the LCD display shows an Err message, automatically analyzing and identifying the faulty unit, simplifying the maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed through warning or fault protection currents. The system autonomously diagnoses the operating statuses of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring component is damaged, the defective part can be replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
