The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter embodies cutting-edge technology with its advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and modular design. This innovative system amplifies the sensor's signal and utilizes a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform it into a precise digital signal. The microprocessor then performs sophisticated linear and temperature corrections to ensure optimal accuracy in measurement.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signal is seamlessly converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART communication through a D/A converter. When it comes to transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, they directly output fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measurement data and functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons and view measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup can be performed via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The LCD display promptly shows 'Err' for easy fault analysis and unit identification, streamlining maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
Furthermore, the diagnostic function can be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms displayed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should the electronic unit or measuring element fail, the faulty part can be effortlessly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
