The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its own status in real-time. When predefined conditions are met, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an Err message, identifying and analyzing the faulty unit. This advanced diagnostic capability simplifies the maintenance, repair, and replacement process, ensuring that your operations remain uninterrupted and efficient.
