The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a top-tier accuracy of 0.075% FS. Remarkably, even after ten years of continuous operation, it retains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing and featuring fully sealed measuring elements, this transmitter easily withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure unparalleled stability and reliability for the ZY8000.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that enables real-time status monitoring. Upon detecting a fault, it activates an alert mode, emitting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and sends control signals to system interlocks and SIS safety systems. The LCD display promptly shows an Err message, providing automatic fault analysis and unit identification, simplifying maintenance, repairs, and replacements.

featuring an imported mono-crystalline silicon chip, lightning protection circuit design, and an isolated power supply and sensor signal for enhanced stability and anti-interference capabilities.
Various materials and remote device types, combined with a specialized oil-filling device, maximize transmitter accuracy and meet comprehensive cleanliness standards. The product boasts excellent stability, with normal-temperature accuracy up to 0.075%. Its explosion-proof shell ensures all-weather usage and compatibility with the HART protocol.
