The ZY8000 is equipped with an advanced integrated diagnostic function that provides real-time status monitoring. Should any defined event thresholds be exceeded, the transmitter transitions into a fault alert mode, issuing alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and supplying control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD display promptly shows 'Err,' instantly analyzing and identifying the faulty unit. This feature significantly simplifies the process of maintenance, repair, and instrument replacement.
