The ZY8000 is equipped with an advanced integrated diagnostic function that provides real-time status monitoring. Should any defined event thresholds be exceeded, the transmitter transitions into a fault alert mode, issuing alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and supplying control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD display promptly shows 'Err,' instantly analyzing and identifying the faulty unit. This feature significantly simplifies the process of maintenance, repair, and instrument replacement.

through an oil-filled capillary. It can precisely measure liquid levels and differential pressures (D/P) and is ideal for high-temperature environments (by distancing the transmitter).
