The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that allows real-time status monitoring. Upon detecting predefined fault conditions, it enters fault alert mode, outputting alert currents of 3.6mA or 22.8mA and providing control signals for system interlocks and Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS). In the event of a fault, the LCD immediately displays 'Err,' automatically pinpointing and analyzing the faulty component. This feature significantly simplifies the maintenance, repair, and replacement processes, making them more efficient and convenient.
