Valve Group Brief Introduction
The valve group is primarily utilized in the initiation, closure, pressure balancing, and discharge of input signals for differential pressure, pressure transmitters, and flow transmitters. It is designed for ease of installation, maintenance, and online inspection of instruments. The valve group is divided into various configurations based on their functions.

It can be categorized into 2-valve, 3-valve, and 5-valve groups, and by structure into P type
(Flat type), T type, H type, and cylinder stop valve.
Integrated Valve Group
At the factory, we assemble the transmitter and valve group into a unified system and conduct comprehensive pressure and leakage tests. This process minimizes on-site installation steps and prevents leakage issues associated with transmitter installation.

Utilizes a stainless steel pin to ensure the valve seat remains secured to the valve body.

Features an integrated structure that delivers exceptional strength and reliability.
·Valve Seat Sealing
Employs hard sealing between stainless steel components, providing a safe and reliable seal.
·Valve Core
The valve core components utilize a segmented structure that enhances sealing performance and extends the service life of the valve group. The handling of the handle has been significantly improved.

Imported grease is applied between the sealing washer and the adjusting screw to reduce friction and enhance sealing performance.
