The ZY8000 basic accuracy intelligent transmitter boasts a remarkable 0.1% FS accuracy, with a peak performance of 0.075% FS. It maintains 99.9% accuracy even after a decade of continuous operation, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing and equipped with fully sealed measuring elements, it withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Additionally, its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the transmitter's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that allows real-time status monitoring. In the event of a fault, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD display automatically shows an error message, identifies the fault unit, streamlining the maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
