The ZY8000 features a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a maximum of 0.075% FS). After a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements handle extreme chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Additionally, its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function to monitor its status in real-time. Upon encountering a fault, it enters fault alert mode, outputs alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display shows 'Err,' automatically analyzes, and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, andreplacement.
Diagnostic functionality can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms are expressed through warning or fault protection current. The system performs automatic diagnostic checks on SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, it can be replaced onsite without readjustment.
