The ZY8000 series boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest possible accuracy reaching 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements effortlessly withstand severe chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, capable of real-time self-monitoring. Upon detection of defined critical events, it triggers a fault alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. In case of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an Err message, identifies and displays the faulty unit, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.making it convenient and efficient.
