The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter guarantees a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with top-tier accuracy reaching 0.075% FS. It maintains 99.9% accuracy even after a decade of continuous operation, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it tackles extreme chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure exceptional stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features integrated diagnostics for real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting a fault, it triggers fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. When a fault is identified, the LCD screen displays an error (Err) and the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced on-site without recalibration.
