Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains a remarkable 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements handle extreme chemical and mechanical loads effortlessly. Additionally, it features outstanding anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring the ZY8000's exceptional stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 comes with integrated diagnostic functions and can monitor its own status in real-time. Upon detecting predefined fault events, the transmitter switches to fault alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and sends control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err', analyzes the issue, and indicates the faulty component, simplifying maintenance, repairs, and replacements.Convenient.
