The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter, a marvel of engineering, adopts advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology combined with a modular design. The sensor-generated signal is amplified and converted through a high-speed dual A/D converter into a digital signal, which undergoes meticulous linear and temperature correction within the microprocessor.
When equipped with HART protocol, the transmitter converts signals into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via a D/A converter. For PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, it directly outputs full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The crucial data of the measuring unit and the transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters directly at the measurement site using three adjustment buttons, with real-time measurement results, fault information, and operation modes displayed on an LCD screen. Additionally, parameters can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers an exceptional basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a peak at 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements can effortlessly handle extreme chemical and mechanical loads. The ZY8000 is equipped with an advanced integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time monitoring of its status. Should a fault arise, the transmitter will initiate a fault alert mode, outputting alert electric currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an error (Err), pinpointing and analyzing the faulty unit for effortless maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be conveyed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software.
