The ZY8000 series intelligent transmitter represents cutting-edge advancements in pressure and differential pressure measurement. It features a state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon sensor, a highly reliable electronic module, and an advanced temperature and linear correction system. The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter incorporates cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology and a modular design. This advanced system amplifies the sensor's signals, converting them via a high-speed dual A/D converter into pristine digital data. The microprocessor then performs precise linear and temperature corrections, ensuring unmatched accuracy.
For HART protocol transmitters, the system translates the data into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal, superimposed with HART information through a D/A converter. For PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, the device provides direct, fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF outputs. The transmitter stores critical measurement data and functional parameters separately within two EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using three intuitive adjustment buttons and view measurement results, diagnostic information, and operational modes on the LCD screen. Additionally, parameter configurations can be managed through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter sets a benchmark with a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, leading to significant maintenance cost savings. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stress effortlessly. Additionally, its superior resistance to electromagnetic interference ensures the highest levels of stability and reliability for the ZY8000.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that enables real-time status monitoring. Upon encountering predefined events, the transmitter triggers a fault alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD display instantly shows an Err message, automatically analyzes the issue, and identifies the faulty unit, streamlining maintenance, repair, andreplacement processes.
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms displayed as warning or fault protection currents. It performs automatic diagnostics on the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is compromised, the faulty component can be swiftly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
