The measured pressure
is conveyed through remote
transmission devices,
then transmitted to the transmitter
via an oil-filled capillary.
Capable of measuring liquid level and differential pressure (D/P), this device is suitable for high-temperature environments (requiring the transmitter to be placed remotely),
high-viscosity substances, easily precipitating crystalline or corrosive media. This versatile transmitter finds extensive use in petroleum, chemical industries, metallurgy, power generation, environmental protection, new energy sectors, and machinery equipment industries, among others.
ZY8000, the epitome of precision, boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with an exceptional peak of 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it retains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring components, it withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Furthermore, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capability ensures unparalleled stability and reliability.
ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time self-monitoring. On detecting anomalies, the transmitter switches to fault alert mode, emitting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD screen automatically displays an error message, identifying and analyzing the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
