Capable of measuring liquid levels and differential pressure (D/P), it's ideal for high-temperature applications where the transmitter needs to be positioned remotely.
Perfect for handling high viscosity, easily precipitable, crystalline, or corrosive media. Extensively utilized across industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power generation, environmental protection, new energy sectors, and machinery equipment.
The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter offers unparalleled precision with a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, reaching up to an impressive 0.075% FS at its peak. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it retains an astonishing 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Enclosed in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it deftly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000 remains highly stable and reliable.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an advanced integrated diagnostic function that monitors its status in real-time. Upon detecting predefined anomalies, it enters a fault alert mode, emitting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD screen displays an 'Err' message, automatically identifying and showing the problematic unit. This feature streamlines the processes of maintenance, repair, and replacement, making them more straightforward and efficient.

Intelligent flange remote transmitter sensing
The measured pressure is transmitted remotely
using advanced transmission devices, then sent to the transmitter
through an oil-filled capillary. It can measure liquid levels and differential pressures (D/P), making it perfect for high-temperature environments (where the transmitter must be placed remotely).
Ideal for applications involving high viscosity, crystallization, or corrosive mediums, this transmitter is widely used across petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power generation, environmental protection, new energy, and machinery equipment industries.

it features an imported mono-crystalline silicon chip and a lightning protection circuit design. The isolated power supply and sensor signal significantly improve stability and anti-interference capabilities.
With various materials and types of remote devices combined with a specialized oil-filling device, this transmitter maximizes accuracy and meets comprehensive cleanliness requirements. It boasts excellent product stability, achieving the highest accuracy of up to 0.075% under normal temperatures. The explosion-proof shell structure is suitable for all weather conditions and is compatible with the HART protocol.
