The measured

devices, then transmit to transmitter
through an oil-filled capillary.
Capable of measuring liquid level and differential pressure (D/P), suitable for high temperatures (requires positioning transmitter away),
high viscosity fluids, media prone to precipitation, crystalline or corrosive substances. Extensively utilized in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, power generation, environmental protection, new energy, and machinery equipment industries.
The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter stands as a beacon of precision with a remarkable basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, peaking at an astonishing 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it upholds a 99.9% accuracy, offering substantial savings on maintenance. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stress. Additionally, it boasts an exceptional resistance to electromagnetic interference, ensuring unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its own status in real-time. Upon detecting any anomalies, the transmitter shifts to fault alert mode, emitting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing crucial control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an Err message, pinpointing and analyzing the malfunctioning unit. This feature significantly simplifies the processes of maintenance, repair, and replacement.
