Intelligent Flange Remote Transmitter Sensing

pressure is seamlessly transmitted through our advanced remote
transmission
devices, effectively conveying data to the transmitter
via a highly reliable oil-filled capillary.
Our transmitter is capable of measuring liquid levels and differential pressure (D/P), making it ideal for scenarios involving high temperatures (where the transmitter needs to be positioned at a distance),
high viscosity, and environments prone to crystallization or corrosion. This versatile device finds extensive applications across the petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power, environmental protection, new energy, and machinery equipment industries.
The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts an exceptional basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with an impressive highest accuracy of 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains a remarkable 99.9% accuracy, ensuring significant cost savings in maintenance. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, this transmitter effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it offers superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, guaranteeing unmatched stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function, allowing real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting defined fault events, it seamlessly switches to fault alert mode, outputting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In case of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an 'Err' message, analyzes and pinpoints the faulty component, streamlining the processes of maintenance, repair, and replacement.

The Intelligent Flange Remote Transmitter Sensing
measures pressure through remote transmission devices,
which then transmit the data to the transmitter
via an oil-filled capillary. It can measure liquid levels and differential pressure (D/P), making it ideal for applications involving high temperatures (with the transmitter positioned away),
high viscosity, easily precipitated crystalline substances, or corrosive mediums. It's widely used across various industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power, environmental protection, new energy, and machinery equipment.

this product incorporates an imported mono-crystalline silicon chip, a lightning protection circuit design, and isolated power supply and sensor signal, significantly enhancing stability and anti-interference capability.
The use of different materials and types of remote devices combined with a special oil-filling mechanism maximizes transmitter accuracy and meets comprehensive cleanliness requirements. With its excellent stability and highest accuracy at normal temperatures up to 0.075%, this explosion-proof shell structure is versatile for all weather conditions and compatible with the HART protocol.
