Introducing the ZY8000, an intelligent transmitter boasting a remarkable basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with peak performance reaching an impressive 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, this exceptional device continues to deliver 99.9% accuracy, ensuring substantial cost savings on maintenance. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, the ZY8000 is designed to withstand severe chemical and mechanical stress effortlessly. Moreover, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities guarantee unwavering high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with advanced integrated diagnostic functions, allowing it to monitor its status in real-time. Upon detecting any anomalies, it switches to fault alert mode, transmitting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems after exceeding predefined thresholds. When a fault is identified, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' and the system analyzes and pinpoints the faulty unit, simplifying the maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.

our product uses an imported mono-crystalline silicon chip, lightning protection circuit design, and isolated power supply and sensor signal technology to greatly enhance stability and anti-interference capabilities.
By combining different materials and types of remote devices with a specialized oil filling system, we maximize the transmitter's accuracy and ensure comprehensive clarity. Offering excellent product stability, our transmitter achieves the highest accuracy at normal temperatures up to 0.075%.
