The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter represents a cutting-edge fusion of advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors and modular design. This state-of-the-art device amplifies the sensor signal, then utilizes a high-speed dual A/D converter to transform it into a digital format. Subsequently, the microprocessor performs precise linear and temperature corrections, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signal is seamlessly converted into a 4mA to 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART, thanks to the D/A converter. For those featuring PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, the transmitter outputs full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Measurement data and functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters directly at the measurement site using the three adjustment buttons, and view measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup can be conducted via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 Basic Accuracy Intelligent Transmitter boasts a remarkable accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains a 99.9% accuracy rate, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Constructed with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it can effortlessly withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stress. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference performance ensures unwavering stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its own status in real time. In the event of a fault, it enters an alert mode, outputting a warning electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD screen automatically displays an error code (Err), identifies, and shows the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.Our design ensures maintenance is straightforward and convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms presented as warnings or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should the electronic unit or measuring element be damaged, the faulty component can be replaced directly on-site without additional adjustments, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient repairs.
