With the ZY8000, expect a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it retains 99.9% accuracy, leading to significant maintenance cost savings. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements allow it to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stress effortlessly. Additionally, its strong anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000 remains highly stable and reliable.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that monitors its status in real-time. Upon detecting anomalies, it enters fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. During a fault, the LCD automatically displays 'Err', identifies the faulty unit, and simplifies maintenance, repair, and instrument replacement.convenient.
Diagnostics can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alerts can manifest as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software statuses. If any electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on site without readjustment.
