The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter stands at the forefront of innovation, incorporating advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors and a modular design. The sensor's signal undergoes amplification and high-speed dual A/D conversion, transforming into a precise digital signal. This signal is then meticulously processed for linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, achieving unparalleled performance.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the digital signal is seamlessly converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal, augmented with HART capabilities by the D/A converter. For those utilizing PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, the transmitter directly outputs full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Measurement data and functional parameters are securely stored within two dedicated EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the intuitive 3-button interface, and monitor measurement results, fault information, and operational modes via the LCD display. Additionally, parameter configuration is supported through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, ensuring flexibility and efficiency.

Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection current. The system can automatically diagnose the running status of sensors, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without the need for recalibration.
