For PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, it delivers direct full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The ZY8000 model includes an integrated diagnostic function that permits real-time monitoring of its own operational status. Upon detecting a fault, the transmitter will enter fault alert mode, emitting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and provide control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a malfunction is detected, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' analyzes the fault, and identifies the problematic unit, making maintenance, repair, and replacement processes significantly more straightforward and convenient.
Additionally, the diagnostic function can be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be indicated either as warnings or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the operational status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If an electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on site without requiring recalibration.
