The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter integrates cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor technology with a modular design for superior performance. This advanced device converts sensor signals into digital format using a high-speed dual A/D converter, followed by meticulous linear and temperature corrections executed by the microprocessor.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the device seamlessly converts signals into a 4mA to 20mA DC output with an overlaid HART signal via a D/A converter. For those with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, it provides direct, fully digital output signals. Measurement data and transmitter functional parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the three intuitive adjustment buttons and access measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Alternatively, settings can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

Diagnostics can be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms manifested as warning or fault protection currents. The system autonomously diagnoses the sensor, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software status. If an electronic unit or measuring element is compromised, the faulty component can be promptly replaced on-site without necessitating recalibration.
