This advanced device precisely measures
pressure remotely through
state-of-the-art transmission
devices and transmits data to the transmitter
via an oil-filled capillary system.
It can accurately measure liquid levels and differential pressure (D/P), making it ideal for high-temperature environments (with the transmitter placed remotely).
This versatile transmitter is perfect for high viscosity, easily precipitating crystalline, or corrosive mediums. It is extensively used across industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power generation, environmental protection, new energy, and machinery equipment sectors.

The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts an impressive basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, reaching up to 0.075% FS at its peak. Remarkably, it maintains 99.9% accuracy even after a decade of continuous operation, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands harsh chemical and mechanical environments. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure exceptional stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that provides real-time status monitoring. In the event of a fault, the transmitter enters an alert mode, outputting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and delivering control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an error message, identifies the faulty unit, and simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement procedures.
