The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter features a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a maximum of 0.075% FS). After ten years of continuous operation, it still maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, resulting in considerable cost savings in maintenance. With a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it can effortlessly withstand extreme chemical and mechanical loads. Furthermore, it has exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference performance, ensuring the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 includes integrated diagnostic functions that can monitor its status in real-time. When a fault occurs, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides a control signal for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display will automatically show 'Err,' analyzing and displaying the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement..
The diagnostic function can also be accessed via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be signaled as warning or fault protection current, with automatic diagnosis of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software status. When an electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty component can be directly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
