ZY8000DIntelligent D/P Transmitter
The product is designed to achieve high-precision pressure measurement of gases,
liquids, and other mediums. It is widely used across various industries including petrochemical, metallurgy, environmental protection, and machinery equipment.
The ZY8000 boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a peak accuracy of 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. With a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it easily withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its strong anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the high stability and reliability of the ZY8000.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that allows real-time monitoring of its status. In the event of a fault, the transmitter switches to fault alert mode, outputting an alert electrical current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an error code (Err) and analyzes the faulty unit, simplifying the maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
