The ZY8000 boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a maximum of 0.075% FS). Even after ten years of continuous operation, it can maintain an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Built with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it easily withstands extreme chemical and mechanical pressures. Additionally, it offers excellent anti-electromagnetic interference performance, ensuring the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
Featuring integrated diagnostic functions, the ZY8000 can monitor its own status in real time. Should an anomaly occur, it enters a fault alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. The LCD display will automatically show an error, analyze the issue, and display the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks..
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alerts can be conveyed as warnings or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, and EEPROM software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced directly on-site without needing readjustment.
