The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter: Pioneering Precision and Reliability. Engineered with cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors and a modular design, this transmitter excels in performance. It converts sensor signals through high-speed dual A/D converters into pristine digital signals, while the microprocessor ensures precise linear and temperature corrections.
For HART protocol transmitters, the device converts signals into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via a D/A converter. For PROFIBUS-PA and FF transmitters, it delivers full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. The measurement data and transmitter parameters are securely stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters on-site using three adjustment buttons and view measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup can be conducted through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it easily withstands extreme chemical and mechanical loads while providing exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference performance, ensuring the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that allows real-time monitoring of its status. In the event of a fault, it will enter fault alert mode, outputting an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and offering control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display will automatically show an error (Err) and analyze and display the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and instrumentation replacement.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be expressed as warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the running status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software.
