The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with an exceptional highest accuracy of 0.075% FS. Remarkably, even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an astounding 99.9% accuracy, leading to significant cost savings in maintenance. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements are designed to withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses effortlessly. Additionally, its powerful anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000 remains highly stable and reliable.
The ZY8000 comes equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that allows real-time monitoring of its status. Upon detecting predefined quantity events, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an Err message, analyzes and displays the faulty unit, greatly simplifying the maintenance, repair, and replacement process.
