The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is engineered with cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors and a sophisticated modular design. This high-performance transmitter takes the signal generated by the sensor, amplifies it, and processes it through a high-speed dual A/D converter. The resultant digital signal undergoes meticulous linear and temperature correction within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the system seamlessly converts the signal into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via the D/A converter. Meanwhile, transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols deliver pure digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals directly. The device's measuring unit data and functional parameters are securely stored in dual EEPROMs, providing robust data integrity. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters on-site using the three adjustment buttons, and view real-time measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter settings can be configured via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols, offering versatile compatibility and user-friendliness.

Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses, while its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure unmatched stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic system that continuously monitors its status. In the event of a fault, it enters alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an error (Err) message, pinpointing the faulty unit and simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
Diagnostic functions can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alerts conveyed as warnings or fault protection currents. The system autonomously diagnoses the status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Damaged electronic units or measuring elements can be directly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
