The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting fault conditions, it enters alert mode, outputting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Fault occurrences trigger automatic LCD error displays that analyze and pinpoint the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
