The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter embodies cutting-edge technology by integrating an advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and utilizing a modular design. The sensor-generated signal is meticulously amplified and processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter, transforming it into a refined digital signal. Subsequently, intricate linear and temperature corrections are executed within the microprocessor, ensuring utmost precision.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the signal is converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal with superimposed HART protocol by a D/A converter. For those featuring PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, they directly emit full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Distinct EEPROMs securely store both the measurement data and the functional parameters of the transmitter. Users can effortlessly configure parameters directly at the measurement site using three intuitive adjustment buttons and can view measurement readings, fault notifications, and operation modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter settings can also be configured via HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

ZY8000, our precision intelligent transmitter, offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its durable metal housing and fully sealed measurement elements withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stress, while its superior anti-electromagnetic interference ensures exceptional stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features integrated diagnostic functions that allow real-time self-monitoring. In the event of a fault, it enters an alert mode, outputs an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides a control signal for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an error message and pinpoints the faulty component, simplifying maintenance, repair, andreplacement.
Additionally, the diagnostic function can be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms presented as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software, allowing for on-site replacement of the faulty electronic unit or measuring element without readjustment.
