The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts an impressive basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a maximum precision reaching 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an outstanding 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Constructed with a durable metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it easily withstands severe chemical and mechanical stress. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference performance ensures unparalleled stability and reliability.

The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter harnesses cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors and a modular design framework. This advanced setup transforms sensor signals through amplification and a high-speed dual A/D converter, converting them into digital signals. These signals then undergo meticulous linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor.
Utilizing the HART protocol, this transmitter seamlessly converts data into a 4mA to 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via the D/A converter. For users needing PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, it delivers direct, fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measuring unit's data and the transmitter's functional parameters are stored separately in two EEPROMs. On-site parameter adjustments are made easy with three adjustment buttons, allowing users to read measurement results, fault information, and operational modes directly from the LCD display. Additionally, parameter setup is achievable through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.
