It features a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, easily handling extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, it demonstrates exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring the high stability and reliability of the ZY8000.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function enabling real-time self-monitoring. In the event of a fault, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err', analyzes, and displays the faulty unit, simplifying the maintenance, repair, and replacement process.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operating status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty component can be directly replaced on-site without the need for readjustment.
