The ZY8000 basic accuracy intelligent transmitter achieves 0.1% FS accuracy (up to 0.075% FS at its best). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Featuring a robust metal housing and completely sealed measuring elements, it easily withstands harsh chemical and mechanical conditions. Furthermore, its powerful anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000's exceptional stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions that monitor its status in real-time. In the event of a fault, it enters fault alert mode, outputs an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows an error message (Err), analyzing and displaying the faulty unit to simplify maintenance, repair, and replacement.making maintenance, repair, and replacement of the instrument more straightforward andconvenient.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be represented as warnings or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the faulty part can be replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
