The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter is a state-of-the-art device that incorporates a sophisticated mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor paired with a modular design. This high-performance sensor generates a signal that undergoes amplification and high-speed dual A/D conversion, resulting in a precise digital signal. Subsequently, the signal undergoes meticulous linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor.
For transmitters equipped with HART protocol, the device converts the signal to a 4mA ~ 20mA DC superimposed HART signal via a D/A converter. Transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF features deliver direct, full digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The system stores both the measuring unit data and the transmitter's functional parameters in two separate EEPROMs. Users can easily adjust parameters on-site using three adjustment buttons, enabling real-time reading of measurement results, fault information, and operational modes on the LCD display. Additionally, parameter configuration can be achieved through the HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

When a fault occurs, the LCD display shows Err, automatically analyzing and displaying the faulty unit, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement procedures.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software.
