The ZY8000 Basic Accuracy Intelligent Transmitter stands at the forefront of precision engineering with a base accuracy of 0.1% FS, peaking at a remarkable 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, it steadfastly retains 99.9% accuracy, delivering substantial maintenance cost savings. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stress. The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function, allowing real-time self-monitoring. In the event of a fault, it triggers an alert mode, outputting a specific electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing a control signal for system interlock and SIS safety systems. Upon fault detection, the LCD screen displays 'Err', automatically pinpointing and showcasing the faulty unit. This feature streamlines maintenance, repair, and replacement processes, enhancing overall convenience and reducing downtime.
