Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains an astonishing 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. This transmitter features a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring components, allowing it to endure extreme chemical and mechanical stress seamlessly. Furthermore, it boasts exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions that allow real-time status monitoring. Upon detecting a fault, it switches to fault alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing a control signal for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD screen automatically displays an error message and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement processes.
