The ZY8000D boasts an impressive basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a maximum of 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains a remarkable 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Constructed with a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands harsh chemical and mechanical environments. Additionally, its exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the transmitter's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000D features an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting predefined fault conditions, the transmitter activates a fault alert mode, emitting alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows an error message (Err), identifies and displays the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks.
This makes the maintenance process more efficient andconvenient.
