The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter by Shandong Zhongziyi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. incorporates state-of-the-art mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors and a sleek modular design. The sensor signals are meticulously amplified and processed through a high-speed dual A/D converter to generate precise digital signals. These signals then undergo linear and temperature correction within the microprocessor, ensuring unmatched accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters featuring HART protocol, the signals are elegantly converted into 4mA~20mA DC with superimposed HART signals via the D/A converter. For those utilizing PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, the device provides direct output of comprehensive digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. The measuring unit data and transmitter's functional parameters are securely stored in two EEPROMs. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters directly at the measurement site through three intuitive adjustment buttons. The LCD display offers clear readings of measurement results, fault information, and operational modes. Alternatively, parameters can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter offers exceptional accuracy-with a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it retains 99.9% accuracy, leading to significant maintenance cost savings. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements can effortlessly withstand extreme chemical and mechanical loads. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000's high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that enables real-time self-monitoring. Upon detecting predefined fault events, it enters fault alert mode, outputs alert currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display shows 'Err,' automatically analyzes, and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and convenient.
This diagnostic function can also be initiated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols. Alarms can be expressed as warnings or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the operational status of the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Should the electronic unit or measuring element become damaged, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without requiring re-adjustment.
