The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with the highest reaching 0.075% FS. Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Featuring a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it easily withstands extreme chemical and mechanical loads. Additionally, it possesses exceptional anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, ensuring both high stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 comes equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that monitors its status in real-time. Upon encountering predefined fault events, the transmitter switches to fault alert mode, outputting alert electrical currents (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault occurs, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err,' analyzes the fault, and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement of the instrument.
This makes the maintenance process much moreconvenient.
