The Intelligent Flange Remote Transmitter Sensing
the measured
pressure through a remote
transmission
device, then transmits to the transmitter
through an oil-filled capillary.
This advanced system can measure liquid levels and differential pressure (D/P), making it ideal for high-temperature environments (requiring the transmitter to be placed remotely),
high viscosity, and environments prone to precipitating crystalline or corrosive mediums. It is widely used across several industries, including petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power, environmental protection, new energy, machinery equipment, and more.

The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a peak performance of up to 0.075% FS. Even after a decade of continuous operation, this transmitter maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing and featuring fully sealed measuring elements, the ZY8000 effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure exceptional stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an advanced diagnostic function that monitors its status in real-time. In the event of a fault, the transmitter activates an alert mode, outputting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing a control signal for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD display automatically shows 'Err' and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks.
