The ZY8000 Basic Accuracy Intelligent Transmitter boasts an outstanding accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a peak performance of 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stress. Additionally, its exceptional resistance to electromagnetic interference ensures unparalleled stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 features integrated diagnostic capabilities that enable real-time self-monitoring. In the event of a fault, the transmitter enters a fault alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD immediately displays an error message (Err), identifies the faulty component, and simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement processes, making upkeep more efficient.
