The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a peak performance of 0.075% FS. Remarkably, even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements easily withstand extreme chemical and mechanical impacts. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the highest levels of stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with integrated diagnostic functions that enable real-time status monitoring. In the event of a fault, the transmitter activates an alert mode, outputting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. The LCD automatically displays 'Err,' analyzing and identifying the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement. This innovative feature ensures convenient and straightforward upkeep.
The diagnostic function can also be initiated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed through warning or fault protection currents. The system automatically diagnoses the status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. In the event of damage to the electronic unit or measuring element, the faulty part can be replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
