The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter offers a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with an exceptional 0.075% FS). Even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. Encased in a robust metal housing with fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands extreme chemical and mechanical stresses. Additionally, its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities guarantee the high stability and reliability of the ZY8000.
The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function, enabling real-time monitoring of its status. When predefined events occur, the transmitter enters fault alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display automatically shows 'Err', identifies, and displays the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repair, and instrument replacement.convenient,streamlining operations.
The diagnostic function can also be activated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms conveyed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. Any damaged electronic unit or measuring element can be directly replaced on-site without the need for recalibration.
