The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter exemplifies cutting-edge technology with its advanced mono-crystalline silicon composite sensor and modular design. This high-performance device transforms sensor-generated signals into precise digital outputs through a sophisticated process of amplification and high-speed dual A/D conversion. The microprocessor then fine-tunes the signal, ensuring impeccable linearity and temperature compensation.
Equipped with HART protocol capabilities, this transmitter seamlessly translates signals into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC output, superimposed with a HART signal via the D/A converter. For PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols, it directly outputs comprehensive digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Integral data and functional parameters are securely stored in dual EEPROMs for enhanced reliability. Users can effortlessly adjust parameters directly on-site using the three adjustment buttons, while the LCD display provides real-time measurement results, fault diagnostics, and operational modes. The ZY8000 intelligent transmitter boasts an exceptional basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (with a peak of 0.075% FS). Remarkably, even after a decade of continuous operation, it maintains a 99.9% accuracy rate, drastically reducing maintenance costs. Its robust metal housing and hermetically sealed measuring elements withstand extreme chemical and mechanical challenges with ease. The ZY8000 features an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its own status in real-time. Upon detecting predefined anomaly events, the transmitter switches to fault alert mode, outputs an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD display immediately shows an error, automatically analyzing and pinpointing the faulty unit, thereby simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
Additionally, the diagnostic function can be activated via HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alerts conveyed as either warning or fault protection currents. It conducts automatic diagnostics on the SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software operational statuses. Should an electronic unit or measuring element fail, the faulty part can be directly replaced on-site without any need for recalibration.
