The ZY8000 comes fortified with an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its status in real-time. When predefined fault conditions are detected, it activates a fault alert mode, emitting an alert current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and generating control signals for system interlocks and SIS safety systems. Should a fault arise, the LCD screen automatically displays an 'Err' message, pinpointing and diagnosing the defective unit. This feature significantly simplifies maintenance, repair, and replacement, making these processes not only straightforward but highly efficient.
