The ZY8000 transmitter boasts a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS, with a peak performance of 0.075% FS. Remarkably, even after ten years of continuous operation, it retains 99.9% accuracy, dramatically reducing maintenance costs. Featuring a robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements, it effortlessly withstands severe chemical and mechanical stresses. Furthermore, its outstanding anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure the ZY8000 maintains exceptional stability and reliability.
The ZY8000 is equipped with an integrated diagnostic function that continuously monitors its status in real time. When predefined thresholds are exceeded, it triggers a fault alert mode, outputting a warning current (3.6mA or 22.8mA) and providing control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. In the event of a fault, the LCD screen automatically displays an error message and identifies the faulty unit, simplifying maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
